My journey to becoming a physician was inspired by our family doctor, whose dedication to helping others left a lasting impression on me. His passion for making a difference in people's lives, combined with my fascination for the sciences, solidified my decision to pursue a career in medicine.

I received a comprehensive education in Jackson and had the privilege of serving my country while honing my surgical skills in the United States Navy. During my time there, I gained invaluable experience in advanced surgical techniques, which I was eager to bring back to my community in Jackson. Today, alongside my esteemed colleagues, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care through minimally invasive surgical methods that I mastered at the National Naval Hospital.
